Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter — "Client", "You") and Bizbon N.V. (hereinafter — "Mostbet", "Company"), the operator of the online betting platform.
By registering or using our services, you automatically accept these Terms.
If you do NOT accept them — stop using the platform at once.
1. Definitions
Mostbet: Mostbet: Bizbon N.V. (Curaçao, reg. No. 152125), Curaçao eGaming license No. 8048/JAZ2016-065.
Client: Client: an individual aged 18+ who uses the platform.
Bet: Bet: a monetary commitment on an event outcome at the set odds.
Odds: Odds: the multiplier used to work out winnings (Bet × Odds).
Void: Void: cancellation of a bet with a refund (odds = 1.00).
RTP: RTP: theoretical return to player — the average return percentage over the long run (it does not guarantee a particular result in a short session).
Wagering: Wagering: the bonus wagering condition (for example, x5 means placing bets totaling 5 times the bonus amount).

5. Betting Rules

- A result known before the bet was accepted
- Technical failures
- Fraud or collusion

Going over = the bet won't count and winnings may be cancelled.

8. Liability
8.1. Mostbet is NOT Responsible For:

- ❌ Technical failures of your provider or device
- ❌ Changes in legislation
- ❌ Bank/payment-system delays
Maximum liability: the amount of your active balance.
8.2. Technical Errors
For obvious errors (odds of 100.00 instead of 1.00) — the bets are cancelled and refunded.
8.3. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, wars, global outages, government actions — Mostbet bears no liability.
9. Account Closure
9.1. Voluntary
Write to support@mostbetapk.asia. Closure within 24-48 hours, with the option to withdraw funds.
9.2. Self-Exclusion
Timeline: 6 months - forever.

9.3. Mostbet Blocking
Reasons:
- Breach of the Terms
- Fraud, multi-accounting
- Bonus abuse
- Money laundering
- VPN usage
Consequences: funds confiscated, added to a blacklist.

11. Terms Changes
Mostbet may amend the Terms. For significant changes — notice 14 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.
